But Eris isn't just a pretty face, recently designing a shoe range for Zu which is available HERE and is currently on sale, bonus!
And because she looks so good, I just have to put in her diet tips, given in an interview with Who Magazine:
Q: Can you detail a typical day’s eating?
A: During the week, my diet stays the same. For breakfast, I have natural yoghurt with half a banana, mixed berries, cinnamon and psyllium husk, or a smoothie with the same ingredients, plus milk and ice. Lunch is a salad wrap or tuna salad, and dinner is oven-baked salmon or a lean chicken fillet, and heaps of veggies. Snacking is my biggest weakness but I try to keep it healthy, with Ryvitas with peanut butter and banana, but I love eating pickled onions with cheese. I go through a jar a week! On weekends, [boyfriend] Nathan and I often go out for dinner and have a glass of wine. I get so grumpy if I don’t have a day of relaxed eating, and I don’t think it’s healthy for your mind to be constantly thinking about only eating the “right” foods. Some people might be able to eat like a saint day in, day out, but I’m not one of them! As they say, everything in moderation.
Q: What do you do to keep fit?
A: My fitness regime is constantly changing, as I get bored so easily. Since moving closer to the beach, I’ve taken up soft-sand running, which I do three to four times a week. It’s incredible for fitness, and really good for all your supporting muscles and ligaments. I also see a personal trainer two or three times per week. I do weights and boxing, which I absolutely love! I have to be careful as my body puts on muscle incredibly easily, so weights sessions are light, with high reps. I do some casual mountain biking when I head back home to Brisbane.
